About Jenn

As a therapist, I recognize past experiences impact our present beliefs, thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I work with couples and individuals to help promote change and healing by increasing awareness and insight into these experiences. I utilize a Psychodynamic and Trauma-based lens to incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness approaches. I am also trained in EMDR and utilize this for processing difficult emotions, memories, and body sensations.

I work to individually tailor activities that meet your needs and aid in bringing you closer to your goals. I currently work with couples and individuals navigating relationships, sex and intimacy, trauma, anxiety, depression, attachment issues, and boundary work. I am also passionate about how trauma and stress impact the body physiologically.

I strive to be compassionate and take a collaborative approach to your care. I view clients as the expert in their own lives with a voice that deserves to be heard and seen without judgement. It’s an honor to work with you!

Specialties and Expertise

I welcome all walks of life, however, I often work with trauma and practice from a trauma-focused lens. I am trained in EMDR and utilize this for processing difficult emotions, memories, and body sensations. I also work with couples focusing on relationship dynamics, infidelity, divorce, parenting, intimacy, and premarital counseling. I also enjoy working with young adults ages 18-30!
